2-Product Safety: 

By using our candles, you agree to follow all provided safety instruction. 

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, neglect or unsafe handling of the product. 

3-Orders and Payment: 

All information you provide during checkout must be accurate. 

Currently, we accept cash on delivery (COD) for orders. 

Orders will only be processed if the customer provides a valid address and is reachable by phone. 

4-Pricing and Availability

5-Limitation of Liability: 

We are not liable for: 

• Allergic reactions.
• Improper candle use. 
• Damage from unattended candles. 
• Indirect or incidental damage. 

6-Intellectual property: 

All photos, designs , products description and branding belong to our store and cannot be used without permission.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with these terms. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse future COD orders if delivery issues occur repeatedly.
