Shipping policy

1-Processing Time: 

All orders take 1-4 business days to process before shipping.

Items may require additional time during busy seasons. 

2-Shipping Time: 

shipping takes 1-2 business days

3-Tracking: 

A tracking number will be provide once your order ships. please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

4-Wrong or Incomplete Address:

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can't issue a refund. 
  • Re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Please double check your address before checkout.

5-Lost or Delayed Package: 

If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost package. 

If a package is lost (never delivered), we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the carrier's confirmation. 

6-Damaged Items: 

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours and provide us with photos/videos. 

We will send a replacement or a refund.
