Refund policy
1- Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles due to hygiene, safety and the handmade nature of our products.
All sales are final.
2- Refunds:
Cash orders that cannot be delivered due to lack of response will not be refunded.
We strongly encourage customers to double check their contact details and availability before placing an order.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
a. Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged, broken or defective, please contact us within the 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damage.
A replacement will be sent free of charge. if replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
b. Lost or Undelivered Orders.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may receive a refund or replacement.
3- Incorrect address:
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we can't issue refunds.
Re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
4- Performance Issues:
Burning issues (e.g., tunneling, uneven burn) do not qualify for returns or refunds.
We are happy to provide guidance on proper candle care.
