• What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made from natural soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils, ensuring  a clean and long-lasting burn. 

 

• Are your candles safe?

Yes! Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients, vegan and Phthalates free. Always follow the candles safety tips on our website. 

 

• Do the candles smell strong?

Our scents are designed to gently fill a room without being overpowering. 

 

• How long does delivery take? 

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days and shipping takes 1-2 business days.

 

• Do you offer returns? 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened candles. If your candle arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right. 

 

• What if my candle is damaged during shipping?

Take a photo and email us at "contact@amoraxuae.com". We'll send a replacement immediately. 

 

• How do i prevent tunneling or frosting?

For best results, let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn. Frosting is a natural in soy wax and does not affect the performance. 

 

• Can i reuse the jar?

Yes! Once the candle is finished, wash the jar with warm water and soap. it's perfect for storage or decor.
